When Their Is Will Their Is A Way

At Phillips Partners we can assist you in administering a deceased’s estate, and obtain a grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.

A “Grant of Probate” simply means the formal approval by the Supreme Court to the last Will.

When preparing the Probate application, we will obtain the original Death Certificate and Will, and any other information you may have about the deceased’s estate. This may also include any properties, bank accounts, life policies, shares or other assets owned by the deceased. Once we are able to ascertain the assets and liabilities, we will be able to establish the value of the estate.

We will then prepare the formal documents required to apply for Probate.
